You’ll love coming to work every day if you get, want, and have the capacity to do the following: Coordinate daily tasks, safety meetings, crew assignments and equipment allocation Oversee quality of stored grain and storage facilities Deploy annual agronomic plan developed by Ops Management Monitor timecards and overtime Troubleshoot and resolve real-time field issues to maintain productivity We train our team to help them succeed, and everyone on our team helps with our success. In this role, you’ll be accountable for hitting the following critical goals: Weekly update on Farm Op activities Daily meetings with direct reports for tasks Monthly report on grain condition Monthly report on employee timecards Daily safety meetings with sign off Our company runs purely on EOS.
