Crew Leader- Full time/2nd Shift Licking/Knox Goodwill Industries, Inc. Location: DSCC/ 401 N. Yearling Road, Whitehall, Ohio 43213 Pay: $18.55 per hour Schedule: Monday-Friday – 3:30pm to 12:00am Transportation is available from Newark to job site Job Duties: * Complete all assigned cleaning task per contract requirements * Comply with all production and quality control standards * Attend all training requirements as directed by supervisor * Other duties as assigned Qualifications: * Must be 18 years old * Must have Federal Real ID (Star at top right-hand corner on Driver’s license or State ID) * Successfully pass a background check * Must pass a pre-employment drug screen. (THC included) Skills/Abilities: * Supervise 8-10 employees * Meet attendance standards * Ability to work without supervision * Meet established production and quality control standards * Maintain accurate records * Communicates well with the public Physical Requirements: * Lift up to 25 pds. * Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications * Stand for 2 hrs with break * Bend, stoop, twist, walk long distances, reach, etc. Benefits: * Health insurance available for employees working 30-hour minimum * Dental and Vision insurance available * Two (2) weeks paid vacation annually after 1 year of service.
