Responsibilities:
- Utilize your skills in flooring installation, trim and cabinet installation, construction painting, and drywall to lead and participate in carpentry projects.
- Manage a team of carpenters and laborers to ensure projects are completed efficiently and meet quality standards.
- Interpret blueprints and specifications to plan carpentry projects accurately.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other trades to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition and ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a carpenter with expertise in various aspects of carpentry work.
- Strong knowledge of flooring installation, trim and cabinet installation, construction painting, and drywall.
- Ability to lead a team effectively and communicate project requirements clearly.
- Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
- Attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
