Description Crew Leader Job Summary: Responsible for overseeing daily landscape maintenance operations at assigned sites, ensuring high-quality service, safety compliance, and efficient crew management under the supervision of a Field Supervisor or Area Manager. Key Responsibilities: · Assign and manage daily tasks for the crew · Ensure quality, safety, and efficiency on all job sites · Perform and oversee all maintenance tasks (mowing, pruning, weeding, etc.) · Operate and maintain vehicles, tools, and irrigation systems · Reporting site updates, issues, and enhancement opportunities · Submit accurate timecards and application records · Train crew members and promote a positive work environment · Communicate with clients and escalate concerns to Supervisor · Enforce company policies and lead by example Qualifications: · 1+ year landscape maintenance experience (2 years preferred) · Valid driver’s license and clean driving record · English communication skills (bilingual Spanish preferred) · Experience driving and pulling a trailer Requirements: · Ability to work outdoors in varied weather · Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long hours · Must pass drug screen, background check, and (if applicable) DOT physical · Reliable transportation and adherence to company dress code · Use of smartphone and basic irrigation/landscape tools What We Offer: · Paid Time Off · 401(k) with Company Match · Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance · Life Insurance · Holiday Pay · Supportive, safety-driven culture · Career growth and development opportunities We are an E-Verify and Equal Opportunity Employer.
