Join the Team
We’re looking for a Team Member & Bookkeeping Assistant to join our South Bank store. This is a dual-role position where you’ll contribute to the day-to-day crew member responsibilities (customer service, food prep, and working on the sandwich line) while also assisting with bookkeeping and administrative tasks behind the scenes.
It’s a great opportunity for an accounting or finance student who wants to gain practical bookkeeping experience while working in a fun and dynamic hospitality environment.
What You’ll Do

CREW MEMBER DUTIES

• Prepare sandwiches and serve customers with speed and accuracy
• Deliver friendly, positive service and maintain store cleanliness
• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

BOOKKEEPING & ADMIN DUTIES

• Enter and categorise receipts, invoices, and expenses in QuickBooks Online
• Assist with bank and credit card reconciliations
• Organise and maintain digital records for compliance and reporting
• Support payroll checks and BAS preparation
• Identify and flag discrepancies for review by the business owner
  What We’re Looking For

Our ideal candidate is an accounting or finance student who:

• Has strong numeracy and attention to detail
• Is familiar with (or eager to learn) QuickBooks Online or other accounting software
• Is discreet and trustworthy with financial information
• Can balance in-store duties with focused admin work
• Is available for weekday shifts (plus some weekends)
• Brings a positive, reliable, and proactive attitude

Selection Criteria

• Currently studying or recently completed accounting/finance
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
• Ability to work independently on financial tasks while also thriving in a busy store team
