QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Experience: Previous experience in a fast-casual restaurant or kitchen setting is an asset but not required.
• Skills: Strong time management, teamwork, and multitasking abilities.
• Attitude: Positive, reliable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

CREW MEMBER RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet and interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Take customer orders in-person and over the phone, ensuring accuracy.
• Assemble and pack orders for takeout, maintaining efficiency during peak hours.
• Keep service areas clean, organized, and well-stocked.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in both kitchen and front-of-house areas.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Follow company policies, health & safety regulations, and industry best practices.
• Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and proper storage procedures.
