We are seeking dedicated Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive dining experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Prior experience in food service or restaurant industry is preferred
• Knowledge of food safety practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with cashiering duties is a plus
• Willingness to learn and adapt to various tasks within the restaurant setting

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers
• Take and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience
• Operate POS systems for order processing
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area and kitchen
• Assist with food preparation and assembly as needed
