We’re looking for a Team Member & Media Creator to join our South Bank store. This dual-role position combines crew member duties (serving customers and working on the sandwich line) with media and marketing responsibilities (shooting, editing, and posting content).
It’s a perfect opportunity for a marketing or media student who wants to gain real-world experience in both hospitality and creative content.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare sandwiches and serve customers with speed and accuracy
• Deliver friendly, positive customer service and maintain store cleanliness
• Shoot, edit, and publish engaging social media content (photos, videos, reels/TikToks)
• Design marketing materials such as posters, flyers, and digital assets (Canva/Illustrator)
• Suggest creative ideas to grow brand engagement and attract new customers

What We’re Looking For

Our ideal candidate is a marketing or media student who:

• Has video editing and photography skills
• Has experience with Canva/Illustrator or other design tools
• Understands social media trends and what makes content engaging
• Is available for weekday shifts (plus some weekends) in-store
• Brings a friendly, positive personality to every shift
• Is reliable, proactive, and able to balance customer service with creative projects

Selection Criteria

• Strong communication skills in English
• Ability to balance line work with creative responsibilities
• Initiative and enthusiasm to create and share content
• A passion for both great food and creative storytelling
