Crew Member - Seasonal Winter shoveling : Part time / On call work : 24/7 shifts based on your availabilities What a typical day will look like... * Follow crew leader instructions in order to complete projects on time and according to specifications * Winter season: * Work in a team to remove snow from walks, stairs, entrances and parking lots * Safely distribute de-icing solutions such as calcium chloride and rock salt * Safely use snow removal equipment such as shovels, ice picks and snow blowers to perform snow removal * Perform physically demanding work outdoors in all weather, specifically cold and snowy conditions * Report any issues to the crew leader For a perfect match... * Winter season: Must be open to work 24/7 * Punctual and dependable with a can-do attitude * Highly motivated, self-driven, flexible and detailed oriented * 1-year experience in physical work * Be physically fit and have great endurance * A driver's license with a good driver's record is an asset but not required * Ability to use and maintain equipment safely and responsibly * Execute verbal instructions, read labels and signs * Ability to work independently with little supervision, and as a team * Ability to work under extreme weather situation (cold, windy, wet, snowy) Now, what's in it for you? * Competitive wages * Paid overtime 1.5x * Paid holidays * Great work environment * Education and on-the-job training * Fun staff events throughout the year * Opportunities to advance quickly within the company * High-quality uniforms
