DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

· Proven experience in the festival and outdoor events industry.
· Up-to-date knowledge of key event industry trends and insights within the UK.
· Eagerness to learn new software and apps.
· Experience with Asana or similar project management software.

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE:

As the Crew Operations Coordinator, you will support the smooth operational flow of the company, reporting directly to the Operations Manager. Your primary focus will be on assisting in office operations, scheduling and leading the communication and logistics for our event crews.
This role is both office-based and will also require you to visit various event sites when required, where you will participate in various aspects of crew management.
You must be able to think on your feet and provide strong, well-considered solutions when unforeseen issues arise. Weekend work may be required
Reports to: Operations Manager
Line Manager to: General Crew

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate communications between clients, crew, and site management teams.
  • Support the procurement of equipment, hotel arrangements, and supplier engagements.
  • Schedule crew on our staffing scheduling system.
  • Manage accreditation systems, catering requirements, accommodation, and welfare management.
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process of new crew.
  • Think on your feet, bringing strong, considered solutions to unforeseen challenges.
  • Weekend work may be required.
