As a Crew Operator, you will be responsible for coordinating crew logistics, managing essential documentation, and ensuring efficient operational support. Key responsibilities Organize and manage crew rotations, travel arrangements, and on-board assignments to guarantee optimal staffing levels. Prepare, update, and maintain all crew-related records, including certifications, contracts, and regulatory documents, ensuring strict adherence to maritime standards. Coordinate travel details such as flight bookings, visa arrangements, and accommodation for crew members, ensuring timely and cost-effective travel solutions. Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effective management of crew logistics and travel arrangements. Utilize our ERP system to monitor and update the crew database.
