What you’ll be doing

You’ll promote a strong safety culture, making sure incidents are reported and investigated promptly and that crew follow company policies, procedures and operational manuals.

You’ll monitor standards and operational performance, complete assurance checks and use coaching and performance management to help Cabin Crew and Cabin Managers improve.

You’ll fly regularly with crew, giving practical feedback while driving consistency across customer service, inflight retail, uniform standards and onboard delivery.

• You’ll support key base performance indicators, recognise success to build engagement, and step into cross-base activity or wider operational requirements when needed.
