Synopsis Responsible for handling all aspects of Cabin Crew operational functions ensuring effective operational performance in accordance with Etihad standards and all legal and regulatory requirements. The Job Holder will deputize for Manager Cabin Crew operations in his/her absence. Accountabilities 1 Manages shift in accordance with all agreed operating procedures and internal processes to ensure effective operational performance 2 Identifies and resolves key issues in a timely way to ensure clarity and consistency of processes. 3 Oversees all cabin crew operational performance issues on day of duty ensuring OTP, wellbeing, Style & Image, Safety, service and company prescribed standards are maintained 4 Coach, guide and mentor all crew categories as and when required to support Etihad operations and product standard 5 Manages all crew operational breaches, Cabin Crew absence and investigate Guest complaints in liaison with Cabin Crew Engagement Manager 6 Responsible for the end to end disciplinary process in conjunction with HRBP 7 Accountable to follow up with any Non Routine Event that affect cabin Crew ensuring support is provided. 8 Strives to improve personal performance though learning, feedback and taking responsibility for personal development 9 Runs projects and develop processes to improve IPO standards, track trends, analyze data and provide monthly statistics and recommendations to MCCO 10 Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned by MCCO, as required Education & Experience Qualification & Education: * Education to at least high school secondary level is required, with preference to university degree education in hospitality Experience: * Minimum of 5 years flying experience with 3 years in a supervisory role desired About Etihad Airways Etihad Airways, the national airline of the UAE, was formed in 2003 and quickly went on to become one of the world's leading airlines.
