QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent;
  • Solid decision-making ability in high pressure situations;
  • An effective multi-tasker;
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills;
  • Attention to details – Demonstrated ability to monitor flight attendants’ schedules and make corrections when needed;
  • Good computer skills; Amadeus or industry software is an asset;
  • Airline experience is an asset;
  • Candidates must be available for shift work in a 24/7 operational environment, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays;
  • Must successfully complete and pass a mandatory full-time, paid 3 month training program to maintain employment;

LINGUISTIC REQUIREMENTS

Candidate must speak French and English fluently. A linguistic test will be scheduled before the interview.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for cabin crew, supporting a dynamic and collaborative team.
  • Schedule flight attendants in compliance with the CUPE collective agreement.
  • Analyze and resolve scheduling irregularities efficiently.
  • Prepare and optimize the next day’s operations.
  • Interpret and adhere to the CUPE collective agreement to ensure smooth scheduling processes.
  • Demonstrate punctuality and dependability to support overall team success in a fast-paced environment.
