Communicate closely with other operations staff on crew assignment issues Act as a company ambassador to all crewmembers Requirements Education Requirements: Candidate must have a High School Diploma or GED Qualifications, Certificates, Licenses, & Document Requirements: A valid unrestricted driver’s license Must be at least 18 years of age Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Experience & Professional Skills: Previous Part 121/135 Crew Scheduling experience preferred Intermediate MS Office skills preferred Work Environment & Culture Skills: Candidate must be able to read, write, and understand English Physical Requirements: Employees are regularly required to, stand, sit, talk, hear and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone Light to moderate lifting is may be required (up to 30lbs) Location Requirements: Position based in Ypsilanti, MI at Willow Run Airport (YIP) There is no ability to work from home There will be no relocation package for this position A hotel may be provided for up to 2 weeks during relocation Shift Requirements: 4 on 4 off, 8pm-8am (12 hour shift) Work schedules will vary as Kalitta Charters II operates 7 days a week, 365 days a year Quarterly schedule bid
