Shape the technical roadmap for our Operational and Compliance solutions , ensuring alignment with business goals and enterprise architecture.
Oversee the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud-native data solutions, including real-time streaming, analytics, and AI-driven personalisation.
Champion engineering best practices, including CI/CD, observability, and secure-by-design principles, across the crew’s delivery lifecycle.
D rive reusability and platform adoption, enabling faster delivery for product teams through modular capabilities and shared services.
Collaborate across domains to ensure platform capabilities support enterprise-wide decisioning, financial crime detection, and customer intelligence.
Mentor and develop talent, providing technical guidance, career support, and performance feedback to crew members
