Crew Driver – Maritime Transportation & Logistics Location: Elizabeth, NJ (We operate throughout the NY-NJ Metro (North Jersey and NYC airports) Job Type: Part-Time We are hiring a reliable Crew Driver to provide safe and timely transportation for maritime crew members, captains, personnel, and packages between ships, ports, airports, hotels, warehouses, and medical or customs facilities. This role is essential to supporting smooth maritime and port operations while delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities * Safely operate company vehicles for crew and passenger transport * Plan routes using internal software, accounting for traffic and weather * Complete trip logs, customs paperwork, and required documentation daily * Perform pre-trip inspections and routine vehicle upkeep (fueling, cleaning, reporting issues) * Communicate with dispatch regarding schedules, delays, and job status * Maintain professionalism with crew members, port authorities, and internal teams * Work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays Requirements * High School Diploma or GED required * Must be 23+ years old * Valid driver’s license with clean driving record * Ability to obtain TWIC card within 30 days * Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills * Comfortable using mobile apps and navigation tools Why Join Norton Lilly? * Flexible part-time schedule * Supportive and safety-first work environment * Opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced industry * Team-oriented company culture that values integrity, accountability, and professionalism
