Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Crewing Manager to oversee the recruitment, training, and certification of seafarers. The role requires excellent organizational and people management skills, with a strong understanding of international crewing regulations and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment, selection, and deployment of qualified seafarers.
  • Ensure all crew certifications, visas, and documents are valid and up to date.
  • Coordinate crew training programs to maintain compliance with industry standards.
  • Monitor crew performance, welfare, and retention strategies.
  • Liaise with manning agencies, training centers, and regulatory authorities.
  • Maintain crew records and databases in compliance with company and legal requirements.
  • Plan and manage crew changes efficiently to minimize operational disruption.
  • Ensure compliance with MLC (Maritime Labour Convention) and flag state requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in crewing management within the shipping industry.
  • Strong knowledge of STCW, MLC, and international crewing regulations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-national crew teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, Human Resources, or equivalent.
