QUALIFICATIONS/TRAINING:

• General administrative experience
• Computer literate – Email, Databases, Microsoft Office packages i.e. word, excel.

EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE:

• Experience in management of a department
• Knowledge of the Marine industry
• Background and experience in HR/Recruitment or Personnel Logistics

Playing an active role to support Team Leads, the Crewing Manager has the overall responsibility for crew planning and operation functions of seafarers, including all manning requirements of each individual vessel. Also, to ensure seafarers are all in compliance with regulatory requirements, company and customer standards.
