Requirements of the Role

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO THE ROLE

To do this role you’ll either need to be someone with a good knowledge of airline operations, gained as Cabin Crew, Ground Ops or in a similar role, or someone who has a background in workforce planning for a large organisation.
Either way you’ll definitely need to be cool under pressure, with the ability to make informed decisions against a background of competing demands and short deadlines. A high degree of competency in the use of PC’s and Microsoft Office suite is essential. You’ll also be someone with excellent interpersonal skills – a team player with excellent communications skills who can help to solve problems in a safe, responsible and process driven way.
