Sussex County Cricket Club, the world’s oldest professional sports club, has an exciting opportunity for confident and enthusiastic Hospitality Supervisors to join our team at the 1st Central County Ground in the heart of Hove. Our historic venue hosts thrilling cricket matches, including T20 clashes and County Championship fixtures, as well as large-scale concerts and corporate events. From serving matchday crowds to providing VIP hospitality, this is a chance to be part of an exciting and fast-paced environment.
As a Hospitality Supervisor, you will serve as a role model for service and appearance standards. You’re genuine passion for hospitality and strong leadership skills will be instrumental in ensuring the delivery of exceptional food and beverage operations to create a truly outstanding experience for our guests.   • Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the hospitality industry, preferably in bars, restaurants or sports venues.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Excellent organisational abilities with the capacity to multitask and prioritise responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of bar and restaurant operations, including beverage service, food handling and customer service best practices.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the needs of the business.
