ROLE OVERVIEW

As the Cricket Development Manager - Inclusion, you will play a vital role in driving our efforts to make cricket accessible to individuals from all backgrounds. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing strategies to increase participation in cricket among underrepresented groups
• Collaborating with local communities, schools, and organizations to promote inclusivity in cricket programs
• Organizing events and initiatives that celebrate diversity within the cricketing community
