ASSISTANT LAWYER - CRIME AND REGULATORY - LEEDS - UP TO £60,000 SALARY - REF 5309546AF

This is a superb opportunity to join an established law firm that offers specialist quality legal advice to both businesses and individuals.
The firm is recognised for its outstanding client care and high-quality Crime and Regulatory work, among other highly regarded practice areas.
Due to the development and expansion of the firm, they are now seeking to appoint an experienced Crime and Regulatory Assistant Lawyer to support the Partner, dealing with criminal regulatory cases and inquest work. The bulk of the work is for corporate clients and working with corporate sector risks colleagues rather than solely for insurance companies.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified lawyer with criminal regulatory or inquest experience and have a rights of audience in the Magistrates’ and Coroner’s Court.
The successful candidate will predominantly assist the Partner dealing with motor crime, inquest work and regulatory cases often from the day of the incident through to resolution. This is a technical and client-facing role for a well-rounded lawyer, so you will have a keen interest in building client relationships through the delivery of training and mentoring as well as in delivering first class legal solutions to complex problems.
