Job Details Job Location: Saint Albans, VT 05478 Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $19.00 - $21.00 Hourly SIGN ON BONUS: This position is eligible for a $1000.00 Sign On Bonus to be paid out at designated times. The Community Support and Rehabilitation (CRT) Team is seeking a highly organized, self-starting, and energetic person for our overnight crisis bed position working closely with individuals who are experiencing acute forms of mental illness in our 24/7 crisis stabilization and residential programs. This position is based out of the crisis bed location and provides additional support across all CRT residential sites. Collaborative work with client’s treatment team, other agencies, and community resources is essential in assisting individuals with gaining independence and receiving comprehensive care. Key Requirements: Team player who can work collaboratively with all residential programs and crisis team Supports adults experiencing crises, with the goal of diverting psychiatric hospitalizations Flexibility with schedule Cross training across all CRT residential programs Transportation of clients is required when needed Current Shifts: Sunday – Tuesday and every other Saturday (7:00 pm – 7:00 am) At NCSS, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes perks such as medical and dental coverage, an employer-matched retirement plan, and educational support.
