What We’re Looking For ✔️ Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, behavioral health, human services, or related field preferred. ✔️ 1–2 years of experience in case management, care coordination, or behavioral health services. ✔️ Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain upon hire ✔️ Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills. ✔️ Familiarity with EHR systems and HIPAA compliance. ✔️ Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Candidates with equivalent experience in a behavioral health, social work, or medical office setting are encouraged to apply.
