Crisis Clinician – Outpatient & Emergency Services Location: Seward, Alaska Full-Time | $60,000–$85,000 DOE + $15,000–$20,000 On-Call Stipend Relocation Assistance up to $3,000 | Staff Housing Available Make a difference where it matters most. SeaView Community Services, a nonprofit behavioral health provider in Seward, Alaska, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Crisis Clinician to join our team. Since 1972, SeaView has provided mental health, substance use, and crisis services throughout the Kenai Peninsula—helping individuals and families build resilience, stability, and hope. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Provide crisis intervention, stabilization, and assessment through a rotating on-call schedule * Deliver outpatient therapy (individual and/or group) to adults and youth * Complete behavioral health assessments for mental health and co-occurring disorders * Collaborate with hospitals, law enforcement, and community partners * Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation WHAT YOU BRING * Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field * Licensure in Alaska (LCSW, LMSW, LPC, LMFT) or ability to obtain within 6 months * Two years of clinical experience preferred; crisis experience a plus * Calm, compassionate presence and strong clinical judgment WHY YOU’LL LOVE WORKING HERE * Competitive salary + annual crisis stipend * Staff housing (utilities included) for a modest payroll deduction and relocation assistance * Health, dental, and vision insurance; 403(b) with employer match * Generous PTO, paid holidays, and professional development * Supportive, collaborative team in a mission-driven organization Live and work where adventure meets purpose.
