Description We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated QMHP to join our team in Richmond Virginia. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health needs, helping them achieve their personal goals while promoting independence and quality of life. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives. Schedule : PRN for 6:00am-2:00pm or 2:00pm-9:00pm shifts. Sun-Fri Responsibilities Monitor the clients health status through client observation. Implement and follow personalized care plans to meet each individual’s needs. Partner with team members such as nursing staff to monitor vital signs. Ensure safety protocols are followed. Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment. Document observations and progress accurately in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with team members to deliver holistic care tailored to each person. Requirements Proven experience working in group homes or similar settings supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or mental health conditions. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy standards. CPR certification or willingness to obtain. Strong communication skills and compassionate nature. Must have a valid QMHP registration
