JOB OVERVIEW

Provide crisis stabilization and support to the Certified Mental Health Screening team. Provide follow up and recovery support to individuals discharged after screening services. Candidate must have successfully completed engagement of mental health/therapeutic services.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in mental health related field w/2 years experience.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.
