Title: Crisis Line Community Support Associate Location: KRCC- Hazard Crossroads- Roy Campbell Drive Credentials: HS/GED; High School Diploma/GED and one (1) year of full-time experience working with individuals who receive services for treatment of a mental health disorder or co-occurring disorder. Shifts/Days and Work Hours: Varies- Must be able to work all shifts. Type: Part Time/PRN Skills: Call line monitoring and ensure calls are answered quickly and professionally, document calls, assess risk of suicide in a manner that meets protocol, compete documentation for data tracking, assess calls for additional services.
