About the role
The role is to lead the development, implementation and commissioning of the Mental Health Crisis Safe Spaces both at Redcliffe and Caboolture Hospitals.
About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:

  • Experience in operational delivery of clinical services for a multidisciplinary team of mental health and/or alcohol and drug professionals
  • Experience in coordinating defined projects including coordination of multiple stakeholders, documentation of project plans, establishing implementation time frames, engagement of lived experience and other key project coordination tasks.
  • Ability to co-ordinate, develop, translate, and evaluate clinical practice guidelines, procedures, and protocols to support and improve clinical practice through effective stakeholder engagement, implementation, and evaluation processes.
  • Highly developed communication skills, critical analysis skills and change management strategies to initiate systems and process review and support change in relation eating disorder services and systems of care.
  • Contemporary knowledge, skills and experience developing, delivering, and evaluating evidence-based training, education, and supervision.
