Description ****Average salary is $48,854.00 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.)**** ***$1,000 Sign-On Bonus*** *** The work schedule will primarily be weekdays, with occasional weekend hours. Shifts will be 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM and 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM. *** We are looking for a full-time Crisis Specialist Supervisor to add to our team! You must have a Bachelor’s degree in the human services field from an accredited university. Preferred two (2) years’ experience in Child Welfare. A Day in The Life as a Crisis Specialist As a Crisis Specialist Supervisor, you supervise the Crisis Support Workers assigned to each area Monday through Friday from 1pm to 10pm and on call as needed. Crisis Support Workers provide after-hours and weekend on-call support to the staff in the Permanency Services Program. Promotes the well-being of children in the Permanency Program, participates in staff meetings and trainings and coordinates with staff from other agencies involved in providing Permanency Services. committees and work-groups.
