The Team
In this role, you will be integral to the Critical Business Service Management team, which plays a vital part in achieving the strategic objectives of the Financial Markets & Group Treasury (FM >) tribe. We pride ourselves on fostering an agile team culture, where high performance and optimal service delivery are our cornerstones. You’ll be collaborating on projects that enhance service reliability and mitigate operational risks, ultimately benefiting both our clients and the broader organizational goals.
Roles and Responsibilities
As a Senior Critical Business Service Manager, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Coordinating and chairing service review meetings, ensuring open communication with stakeholders.
Actively ensuring the delivery of high-quality services while prioritizing reliability.
Introducing service-oriented thinking among business and IT stakeholders to foster alignment.
Overseeing feature delivery with various teams to guarantee dependable service outcomes.
Liaising with architects, Product Owners, and engineers to enhance the IT landscape.
Acting as a backup for various IT service management activities, including incident and change management.

Knowledge in Lean practices, such as value chain mapping.
