Description The Critical Care Nurse Manager is responsible for the clinical, operational, and administrative management of a two-suite surgical department and a four-bed Intensive Care Unit (ICU). This role ensures safe, high-quality patient care in compliance with Joint Commission, Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), and California Title 22 regulations. The Nurse Manager provides leadership to nursing and ancillary staff, ensures regulatory compliance, and supports quality improvement initiatives. Requirements Education and Licensure Current California Registered Nurse (RN) license. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; MSN or MBA preferred. Current BLS and ACLS certification required; CNOR and/or CCRN strongly preferred. Experience Minimum of 5 years of recent critical care and/or perioperative nursing experience. Minimum of 2 years of leadership or charge nurse experience in ICU or OR. Demonstrated knowledge of Joint Commission, CMS, and Title 22 regulations.
