Job Title: Nurse Manager – Critical Care RN Location: Sanford, FL Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent – Days (7 AM – 4 PM, flexibility for extended hours and 24/7 call response) Base Salary Range: $79,000 – $110,000/year (based on experience) Relocation Assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis Sign-On Bonus: Not offered Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager – Critical Care RN to provide leadership and operational oversight for a combined 31-bed ICU and PCU. The successful candidate will have recent acute care leadership experience in critical care, a proactive approach to patient care management, and strong communication skills.
