R3 Continuum is searching for diverse and compassionate behavioral health professionals like you to expand our network in Milwaukee and surrounding areas in Wisconsin. You would be providing on-site crisis support to organizations and employees recently affected by a disruptive workplace event. We are looking to expand our Network of English and Spanish speaking Clinicians. Advantages of being an Independent Consultant for R3C include: Comprehensive crisis response trainings English and Bi-Lingual Spanish speaking Flexible schedule, work on case-by-case basis Personalized support Simple electronic reporting via our mobile app Supplemental income To learn more about R3 and the work we do, please visit our website: R3C.com Requirements Independently licensed in the State of Wisconsin (LPC, LMFT, LCSW or Psychologist) Minimum of a master's degree in mental health Malpractice and Professional Liability Insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000 Willing to complete R3C's Critical Incident Response training or proof of approved CIR training. If you do not possess a training listed above, R3 is happy to provide you with training at no cost.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site crisis support to organizations and employees affected by disruptive workplace events. Deliver compassionate behavioral health services as an independent consultant on a case-by-case basis.
