We’re looking for a mission-driven, compassionate professional to join our dynamic team. In this impactful role, the Critical Incident Response and Training Specialist provides immediate and short-term behavioral health support in the aftermath of critical incidents in community, school, and workplace settings.
This position plays a key role in the timely delivery of response services and helps strengthen trauma-informed practices through training, consultation, and skill-building across systems of care.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As a valued member of our team, the Critical Incident Response and Training Specialist will:

  • Respond to critical incidents and provide follow-up consultation, psychoeducation, and referrals to appropriate services
  • Learn and deliver training on behavioral health topics, including trauma-informed care and suicide prevention/postvention, with content adapted to meet the needs of various audiences
  • Take the lead in coordinating responses when needed, ensuring support is timely and well-organized
  • Collaborate with the broader Trauma Center team to implement and enhance training programs and develop expertise in key content areas

This role involves both in-person and virtual service delivery, and may require travel throughout the region.
Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours per week; Generally, this will be M-F 9-5 with flexibility; Some flexibility may be required to support urgent response needs or training schedules. Travel across Massachusetts is expected.
Pay Rate Range: $65,000-$68,000 depending on experience
