We have an exciting opportunity for an internal secondment to join the CRL Delivery Team as a Station Control Testing Officer. This role is pivotal in the testing and commissioning phase of the City Rail Link project, ensuring seamless integration of Station Control Centre systems. You will coordinate and execute comprehensive testing activities, maintain detailed documentation, and support quality assurance processes. The role involves contributing to training programs and facilitating sessions for Station Control Centre operators as well as participating as assessors in the testing and commissioning phase. Represent AOR during Station Control Centre testing activities. Coordinate testing schedules with internal and external stakeholders to minimise disruption. Develop testing plans with internal/external teams to deliver AOR operational requirements. Contribute to integrated testing of Station Control Centre systems across project components. Identify system integration issues and collaborate with technical teams on resolutions. Maintain accurate records of test results and issues during testing and commissioning. Prepare clear reports on testing progress and outcomes for AOR reporting. Apply quality assurance processes to ensure Station Control Centre compliance with specifications and standards. Work with quality teams to address and resolve deviations from standards. Support development of training programs for Station Group Control Centre operators. Provide technical input to improve training materials and documentation. Deliver end-user training sessions and facilitate Train-the-Trainer programs. Identify and assess human factors risks affecting Station Control Centre operations.
