About the role We are looking for a Temp Consultant for approximately 4 weeks to work alongside Auxo project delivery teams for an external client in Insurance. The work will focus on auditing the clients' CRM & recommending and supporting best practices, such as automation optimizations and workflows and additional configuration. What you'll do Review current automation, workflows, and lifecycle coverage within HubSpot Identify gaps, redundancies, and optimization opportunities Perform cleanup and optimization of existing automation Implement additional workflows and configurations identified during discovery Build and manage automated workflows and nurture sequences (drip campaigns, behavior-based journeys) Partner with the team to align lifecycle campaigns to business objectives Support integrations and custom automation across marketing and sales systems, as needed Ensure data integrity, accurate audience targeting, and compliance with platform and enterprise standards Provide ongoing maintenance and support as needed, potentially on a per-diem basis Qualifications A Bachelors' Degree in a related field and at least 5 years' experience working in CRM optimization, specifically Hubspot; Hubspot certifications are a plus. Ability to transform customer insights, data inputs, and business requirements into actionable CRM strategies and recommendations. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure CRM strategies are feasible, aligned, and supported by current technology capabilities. Ability to support client discussions and working sessions by clearly communicating CRM considerations, dependencies, and rationale behind recommendations. Experience with Agile project management methodologies and tools Other Info Must be able to work Monday - Friday and pass thorough background checks, including physical location verifications. This position is intended to be primarily remote. Must be legally authorized to work in the US at time of application. Target start date: February 9th, 2026 The successful candidate may be hired as a W2 Contractor through a partner agency.
Responsibilities
