QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • 2–3+ years of experience as a CRM Administrator or similar role. Real estate experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in one or more CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho, Odoo).
  • Strong data management skills—including imports, cleansing, and ensuring data integrity.
  • Excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills—capable of training users and documenting processes.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments.

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

As our CRM Administrator, you will optimize and manage our customer relationship management system to ensure seamless tracking of client interactions, support for sales and marketing processes, and data-driven decision-making across the business

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Administer, maintain, and configure the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Odoo, etc.) tailored to real estate workflows
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and system access to ensure data privacy and security.
  • Import, cleanse, and ensure integrity of client and lead data.
  • Create, maintain, and update dashboards, reports, and analytics to monitor KPIs like lead pipeline, conversion rates, and engagement metrics
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to support lead management, automated processes, and workflow optimization.
  • Train and support internal users on CRM best practices and features
  • Assist with integration of CRM with other systems—e.g., ERP, marketing automation, or property management tools.
