Job Title: CRM Administrator (Hybrid)
Location: Atlanta, GA
Duration: 6 Months
Pay Rate: $60/hr on C2C / 1099 all-inclusive, or $55/hr on W2

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a CRM Administrator and Project Coordinator with hands-on experience in Oracle Service Cloud and proven ability to coordinate medium-scale projects. In this dual role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our CRM platform while overseeing project timelines, deliverables, and resources. Your work will drive CRM development, integrations, and process improvements across the organization.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2–3 years of CRM administration experience with systems such as Oracle Service Cloud, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • 1–2 years of project coordination or project management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM administration, data management, reporting tools, campaigns, surveys, and Intelligent Advisor.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Confluence, or Asana.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prior public sector experience.
