Responsibilities
  • Manage and Maintain Salesforce CRM: Ensure smooth operations by configuring, updating, and troubleshooting the system for all teams.
  • Support Sales, Marketing, and Operations Teams: Develop dashboards, reports, and workflows that enhance performance tracking and data visibility.
  • User Training and Support: Onboard new users, provide ongoing CRM training, and ensure best practices are followed across departments.
  • Lead Data Quality Initiatives: Monitor data hygiene by auditing records, eliminating duplicate contacts, and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Implement System Enhancements: Collaborate with department stakeholders to identify operational needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions (e.g., automation tools, integrations).
  • Collaborate on Marketing Campaigns: Partner with the marketing team to improve campaign tracking, lead scoring, and reporting.
  • Improve Customer Service Processes: Assist in fine-tuning service features to improve case management, ticket handling, and response times.
