SASMAR is in search of a knowledgeable and proactive CRM Administrator (Odoo) to join our innovative team. Our company, a leading player in the pharmaceutical sector, specializes in personal care and fertility products, prominently featuring our Conceive Plus brand. We distribute our products across more than 70 countries through diverse channels including supermarkets, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, and drugstores. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the Odoo ERP system, ensuring data integrity and operational efficiency across various functions of the organization. You will be instrumental in implementing Odoo solutions that align with our business strategies and meet the evolving needs of the company. Responsibilities Manage and maintain the Odoo ERP system, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction. Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional Odoo configurations and customizations. Develop workflows, reports, and documentation to improve business processes within Odoo. Train and support users on Odoo functionalities and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of Odoo with other business systems. Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to improve functionality. Resolve issues and troubleshoot system-related concerns efficiently. Stay updated on Odoo developments and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 3+ years of experience managing and configuring Odoo ERP systems. Strong knowledge of Odoo modules and functionalities, including inventory, sales, and finance. Experience in data management, integration, and process optimization within Odoo. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and support users. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Familiarity with programming languages such as Python is a plus. Knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards relevant to the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks effectively under tight deadlines. Full permission to live/work in Malta without a visa.
