CRM Analyst (32/40 hours per week) The Role in Brief The CRM Analyst plays a central role in improving the effectiveness of CRM by setting up robust measurement frameworks, conducting in-depth analyses, and providing actionable recommendations. This role helps us better understand customer interactions across digital touchpoints and identify opportunities to enhance performance, retention, and customer value. This role offers growth opportunities into positions such as CRM Manager, Marketing Operations Lead, or Data Strategy Specialist. There is also room for collaboration with cross-functional teams and strategic projects across the UK and NL markets. Responsibilities Manage CRM system configuration, data integrity, and user permissions. Collaborate with IT and Data Engineering to optimize CRM integrations. Manage and create customer segments to support targeted email programs and lifecycle communications. Analyze customer journeys to identify friction points and optimization opportunities. Support the design, execution, and evaluation of CRM campaigns. Present insights and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders. Requirements 2-5 years of experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms (e.g., Emarsys, Braze, SFMC). Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, or a related field. Advanced Power BI skills (DAX, time intelligence, complex data models, planning). Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights. Experience with SQL and preferably Google BigQuery. Experience with A/B testing, including design, measurement, and statistical analysis. Expertise in customer value analysis, segmentation, loyalty, and churn modelling. Strong communication skills and meticulousness when working with large datasets. Excellent command of English, both written and spoken. Dutch is a plus. What We Offer A salary between EUR 3.400 – 4.500 gross per month based on a 40-hour workweek, depending on experience. 25 vacation days (based on a 40-hour workweek). Laptop and mobile. We cover 2/3 of your pension contribution.
