Job Purpose We are looking for CRM Analyst who will interact cross-functionally to design and establish data sets required to conduct statistical analysis of customer data, in a structured manner. This person will also build and maintain predictive models and perform efficient data visualization, to present analytics and insights to organization. The role reports to the CRM & Analytics Supervisor. What you will do Provide advanced statistical analysis to support the acquisition, retention, cross sell and up sell activities Support departmental strategy by building and maintaining predictive models (Decision trees, Logistic regression etc.) as well as unsupervised models (Cluster Analysis, etc.) Effectively run campaigns through list extraction and results evaluation Develop presentations and present analytics and insights to organization Identify and execute appropriate analytic procedures to resolve problems (Data mining through IBM SPSS Modeler software, SAS, R or another tool) Analyse CRM system data to measure and coordinate marketing activities Interact cross-functionally with a wide variety of people and teams, especially IT department to design, check and establish the required datasets needed for analysis Monitor KPIs and suppor project needs in a timely and efficient manner What you bring Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics or closely related field; Master’s degree is an asset 2-3 years of working experience in a similar role High technical fluency in Greek and English (spoken and written) Excellent knowledge and experience with statistical and data mining tools (ideally IBM SPSS Modeler) Database Management skills (knowledge of SQL) Advanced IT Literacy (Excel & PowerPoint in Master level) Analytical skills and ability to manage, manipulate and analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations using statistical modeling techniques Multi-tasking ability, flexibility, persistence, and patience in a fluid environment Effective presentation skills Programming experience with BI tools such as Qlik Sense or similar ones is an asset Experience in a similar role in the Financial Services Sector or the Insurance Sector is an asset What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package Professional development and education Health and wellbeing programs Positive learning and growing environment #LI-VK1 Allianz Group is one of the most trusted insurance and asset management companies in the world.
