YOUR ROLE

In this role, you’ll be playing pivotal in deployment of a new CRM system for Bunzl business across Australia and New Zealand partnering with the General Manager Sales and the broader team to support configuration, workflow automation, and form customisation within Dynamics 365 CRM. In addition to administration of the CRM system, the role will provide in-depth sales operational performance analytics to assist leadership in growing the business.

You will be responsible for:

  • Analyse existing CRM processes, data flows, and integrations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Work with technical teams to design solutions aligned with Dynamics 365 capabilities and best practices.
  • Act as the primary administrator for the system, including troubleshooting and resolving issues once the system is live.
  • System onboarding of new users and offboarding users exiting the business.
  • Collaborate with sales leaders, 3rd party developers, a broad business stakeholder group across Sales, Marketing, Operations and Category teams, and project managers to ensure successful delivery of CRM enhancements and projects.
  • Lead business UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to ensure solutions meet business acceptance criteria.

Other essentials for the role:

  • Experience with system configuration, workflows, business rules, and dashboards in Dynamics 365
  • Proficiency in business process modelling and requirement documentation techniques
  • Knowledge of integration tools and APIs for Dynamics 365
  • Ideally, Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., MB-210, MB-220, PL-200)
  • Familiarity with ERP systems
  • Experience in CM software implementation and support, data management, sales or customer service support would be advantageous
