A Day in the Life: As a CRM Analyst at Hertz, you’ll be part of a fast-paced marketing team focused on driving performance across email, push, and SMS channels. You’ll blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution, translating business goals into actionable CRM strategies. From campaign setup to post-send analysis, you’ll manage the full lifecycle of CRM initiatives, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and continuous optimization. You’ll collaborate across teams to deliver data-driven messaging that engages customers and supports business growth. The starting salary is expected to be around $65k and is commensurate with relevant experience.  What You’ll Do: * Partner with cross-functional teams to gather business and data requirements for CRM campaigns across Hertz, Dollar, Thrifty, and Hertz Car Sales brands. * Support weekly promotional campaigns across email, push, and SMS, including setup, QA, and deployment. * Utilize performance tracking tools such as Tableau, Looker, and Google Analytics * Design and execute A/B and multivariate testing plans; analyze and report on results. * Use Adobe Analytics to monitor user behavior and campaign performance. * Strategize / collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create, optimize, and/or enhance CRM projects. * Deliver post-campaign analysis and actionable insights to inform future strategy. * Ensure compliance with CRM best practices, including CAN-SPAM and TCPA guidelines.   What We’re Looking For: * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field (preferred). * 2+ years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, or marketing analytics required * Experience with campaign reporting, QA, and performance analysis preferred. * Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Klaviyo, Iterable or other CRM platforms (basic to intermediate proficiency). * Familiarity in Adobe Analytics and SQL (basic to intermediate proficiency). * Strong understanding of testing methodologies and performance metrics. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.   What You’ll Get: * Up to 40% off any standard Hertz Rental   * Paid Time Off * Medical, Dental & Vision plan options * Retirement programs, including 401(k) employer matching * Paid Parental Leave & Adoption Assistance * Employee Assistance Program for employees & family * Educational Reimbursement & Discounts * Voluntary Insurance Programs - Pet, Legal/Identity Theft, Critical Illness * Perks & Discounts –Theme Park Tickets, Gym Discounts & more The Hertz Corporation operates the Hertz, Dollar Car Rental, Thrifty Car Rental brands in approximately 9,700 corporate and franchisee locations throughout North America, Europe, The Caribbean, Latin America, Africa, the Middle East, Asia, Australia and New Zealand.
