What You’ll Do

As a CRM Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the execution and analysis of multichannel customer campaigns. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills and a passion for data-driven decision-making to contribute to impactful customer engagement strategies.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the creation, scheduling, testing, and delivery of CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messaging, and other communication channels.
  • Supporting the development and optimization of automated customer journeys using A/B testing and performance insights to improve engagement.
  • Ensuring campaign accuracy through data validation, audience segmentation, consent management, and quality assurance processes.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Customer Experience, Content, and Support to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
  • Monitoring campaign performance metrics, maintaining dashboards and reports, and identifying opportunities for improvement based on data insights.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while maintaining clear documentation and assisting with customer communication queries as needed.

What You Bring

We are looking for candidates who demonstrate a strong analytical mindset and attention to detail. Key qualifications include:

  • Some experience in CRM analytics or campaign execution (e.g., internships or junior roles), with an understanding of CRM principles and customer lifecycle marketing.
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms for building and delivering multichannel campaigns is highly desirable but not essential.
  • Basic knowledge of email deliverability, consent management, communications regulations, or campaign governance is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience validating data, interpreting campaign performance metrics, and using A/B testing to optimize results.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders across various teams.
