YOUR FUTURE CONTRIBUTION

We are looking for a data-savvy and motivated analyst to support our retention efforts. You will work closely with Data Science, Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to increase the Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) through insights, optimizations, and continuous improvement of our CRM and product activities (email, push, user journeys, feature development). This is a hands-on analytical role with exposure to real business impact.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Creativity in content or campaign suggestions and attention to detail in QA.
  • Experience with customer engagement platforms (e.g., Braze, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Prior experience with email and push marketing.
  • Love for details and commitment to data quality.

Responsibilities
  • Work Parmite Fee € 75 Traning Fees € 175
  • € 250 for accommodation and food for the 2nd month Total = € 500 Fee
  • Basic understanding of user retention concepts and a strong motivation to grow in this area.
  • Foundational SQL skills and experience working with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Superset).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to extract insights and detect trends or anomalies.
  • Exposure to A/B testing and basic understanding of statistical significance.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, comfortable presenting findings and engaging in constructive discussions.
  • Ability to translate business needs into actionable data tasks.
  • Curiosity, proactiveness, and a willingness to ask questions and explore alternative solutions.
  • Proficiency in written and verbal English and German.
