Description

We are looking for a CRM Analyst to join our marketing team at Stockbit. You will managing and analyzing customer data to drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth. You will work closely with the marketing, product, and data teams to optimize and personalize customer communications across various CRM channels. If you are passionate about data analysis, customer behavior, and driving results, we would love to have you on our team. As a CRM Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Collect and analyze customer data from various sources to gain insights into customer behavior and preferences.
  • Develop and maintain customer segmentation models to optimize targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Create and execute A/B tests to measure the effectiveness of different CRM strategies and tactics.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement CRM strategies that align with business goals.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or other related fields. Fresh graduates with experience are welcome
  • Experience in a fast-paced industry
  • Ability to consistently produce quality output and meet tight deadlines in a high-pressure, agile working environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, data-driven, and delighted with statistical analysis and figures.
  • Experience in project management and data analysis
  • Understanding of the Customer Journey Experience.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
  • A meticulous and detailed person with strong organizational skills.
  • Self-driven and a team player
  • Take ownership of problems
  • Experience in any of these specializations is a plus: CRM Tools, Google Analytics, HTML & CSS, Microsoft Excel
