JOB PURPOSE
The role of the CRM Marketing Executive will focus on customer relationship management, using the businesses CRM system to execute marketing campaigns, analyse data and identify improvements for One Funding to Maximise the customer communications, analysing the customer data base and identifying campaign strategies and performance.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Working in line with the CRM strategy.
· Manage customer interactions and execute data-driven marketing strategies, focusing on customer retention and acquisition
· Identify opportunities to enhance customer engagement and retention.
· Oversee segmentation strategies to deliver personalised, relevant communications.
· Maintain CRM database accuracy, completeness, and GDPR/CCPA compliance.
· Analyse customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
· Build and manage reporting dashboards to track performance KPIs.
· Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications, loyalty programs).
· Create automated workflows for lead nurturing, onboarding, upselling, and churn prevention.
· Conduct A/B testing to improve engagement and conversion rates.
· Serve as the administrator of the CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics).
· Manage system configurations, integrations, and updates.
· Liaise with IT teams and vendors to resolve issues and implement new features.
· Partner with marketing, sales, product, and customer service to align CRM activities.
· Train and support teams to leverage CRM effectively.
· Act as the customer advocate in strategic planning.
· Maintain the CRM system to manage customer data and effectively segment customers for targeted campaigns
· Report to the Head of marketing on CRM analysis findings
